Volunteer Manager

Description
Volunteer Managers are responsible for supervising and mentoring new volunteers to teach them about their roles. VMs teach new volunteers more about E4I, what we stand for, their expectations, and their new assignments. From time to time, VMs will check in with volunteers, as well as enforcing consequences for volunteers that do not meet our standards. A VM must possess strong communication skills, professionalism, and mature decision skills.
Time

1 hour meeting with all new volunteers every 2 weeks

Answer questions throughout week on a timely basis
Requirements
-
11th grade or higher
-
Strong communication/people skills

Ability to collaborate with others, be transparent and encouraging, and have consistency
Tasks
-
Every 2 weeks, hold a meeting to guide any new volunteers on the culture of E4I, their expectations, assignments, etc.

Send out emails to volunteers regarding any updates, leadership positions, general information, etc.

Answer any general questions from volunteers

Report any misconduct to E4I leadership board and/or give consequences accordingly
