Kai Mirchandani, co-creator of Project PPP at Palo Alto High School, joins Educators for Impact to discuss his non-profit zero-waste organization whose goal is to cut down on the food waste at his school.
Elliott is a first-year university student at Johns Hopkins University majoring in neurosurgery and potentially exploring a minor in computer science. Jacquelyn is also a first-year student at JHU majoring in Biophysics and minoring in BioEthics. Both students are currently pre-med in the #1 pre-med university in the nation. We will be discovering what it took for them to be admitted early decision into a top 10 college in the United States and will also dig into their goals for their future, lifestyle at college, and advice for any current high school students.
Ashwini Mulgaonkar is the Senior Director of R&D at Synopsys, Inc. Her team, the Digital Implementation Product Engineering team (the bridge between product developers and field/customers), is currently working to enable scalable deployment and establish SNPS as the place-and-route market leader. Prior to Synopsys, she earned her Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UT Austin. She speaks with us about her experiences as a powerful woman in the Engineering field, her goals for her team and the industry, and the choices and events of her past that shaped who she is today.
