Outreach Coordinator

Description

Outreach Coordinators are responsible for reaching out to potential speakers and partnerships. Using platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and others, OCs search for people of all different platforms to try and partner with them. OCs must possess strong communication skills.

Time

  • ~1 hour/week

  • Reach out to 3 potential speakers/week

  • Answer questions from speakers at any time

Requirements

  • 8th grade or higher

  • Strong communication skills

  • A LinkedIn account

Tasks

  • Reach out to at least 5 speakers each week asking them to join E4I as a speaker

  • Answer any questions that they may have

  • If an agreement is made, direct them to Event Managers to handle next steps
