Hiring Manager

Description

Hiring Managers are responsible for managing the application process for new applicants. This includes reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making final decisions. HMs must have strong decision making skills and professionalism. 

Time

  • Flexible

    • Depends on how many applicants there are at the moment

  • Conduct application process​ for each new applicant (1-2 hours/applicant)

  • Split work with one partner HM

Requirements

  • 11th grade or higher

  • Mature decision making skills

  • Ability to collaborate with others and have professionalism

Tasks

  • Read new applications and decide whether applicant is eligible to move onto the interview stage

  • Conduct interviews with the applicant and make final decisions based on interview

  • Work together with a partner HM to split the workload
